Your DAY ONE Starts Here!

Your First Class!
We want to make sure our first hang is one for the books, and that means making sure you’re prepped and ready for action. Let’s go over everything you’ll need to know on Day One:
- Arrive 15-30 minutes prior to class start time to greet you and set you up!
- We will discuss your fitness goals and explain class format
- Bring a water bottle and sweat towel
- We don’t wear shoes in class!
- Gloves are required for class and provided with our starter membership
- Our coaches will guide you on technique and teach you the basic punches
- The coach sets the class tempo, you are encouraged to go at your own pace
- Be comfortable! This time is yours.
- Leave behind anything that’s been holding you back.



When You Arrive...
Your coach will be there waiting and ready to get you set up! We’ll get to know more about you and your fitness goals and see how our cardio kickboxing can help you get there. You will be presented with a pair of our signature Ultimate Kickboxing gloves. We’ll show you around our studio and secure your spot on a bag. Your coach will go through some basic moves to get you started and to help you feel more confident jumping into class. Remember to work at your own pace and you’ll be ready to crush it!
